DMMB has been using an electronic system for some time now. Patient care reports have been coming electronically for about two years utilizing several software applications for the pre-hospital patient care report. These records are electronically uploaded, verified for accuracy and submitted electronically to Medicare, Medicaid and commercial insurances. DMMB has moved to a complete paperless system and only used paper claims when specifically requested by the reimbursing authority.
DMMB also benchmarks every employee to assure that you have a steady and consistent stream of cash flow. We provide yearly projections in call volume and cash collection and utilize those figures as the benchmarking levels for our employees.
