DMMB is an organization comprised of industry professionals, with a proven track record and dedication to maximizing financial recovery for our clients while maintaining high professional standards with client constituents. DMMB was founded by and is owned by Dina Mueller. The administrative organization of DMMB is that of Dina Mueller as the President and Chief Executive Officer, Amy Gifford serves as the Vice President and Cindy Mueller in the capacity of Office Manager. Chuck McSweeney, President of EMS Consulting Services, LLC, a sister organization of DMMB provides marketing, education and consulting services for DMMB. This relationship allows DMMB to provide additional support and services to our clients.

Dina Mueller, President

Dina Mueller is the president and founder of DM Medical Billings, Inc. Her experience in medical billing includes billing office management, and operations management. Before founding DM Medical Billings, Dina also consulted for various medical companies not only on accounts receivables management and billing office structures, but also, billing software optimization. Dina has lectured at various seminars in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey on such topics including EMT documentation, Medicare compliance, HIPAA compliance, billing office structure and accounts receivable processes.
Dina has been a driving force in the formation of NJ senate bill S329 and worked with NJ state legislators to draft this crucial bill. This bill will force various insurers in the state to pay the ambulance service directly for services rendered. Dina’s advocacy has not only benefited her clients but this legislation will positively affect all of the EMS squads in New Jersey. Dina hopes to see this crucial piece of legislation passed in 2006. Today Dina uses her experience and drive to ensure her clients receive the best services possible, and to assist the EMS industry in understanding their full collection potential.

Amy Gifford, Vice President

Amy Gifford has worked for DM Medical Billings for eight years and serves in the capacity of Vice President. With a degree in accounting and extensive field experience in medical billing, Amy provides invaluable services to DM Medical's clients. Amy produces custom financial reports, oversees all aspects of the billing process; and, with Ms Mueller, serves as a direct contact for all clients 24 hours a day.
Amy attends continuing education in regulatory compliance and travels on site to the EMS agencies to train them in the same. The free training that Amy provides to the client includes the areas of EMT documentation, Medicare compliance, and HIPAA compliance. Amy also monitors DM Medical’s established cash benchmarks for each client to ensure that they realize their full cash potential. She creates and or enhances current billing procedures as needed to conform to the ever changing medical billing industry, and to guarantee the client the highest cash return possible, while respecting the sensitive nature of medical billing industry.

Cindy Mueller, Office Manager

Cindy is a graduate of Rutgers University with a degree in Economics. She began her career in banking and worked as a financial analysis. She brought her organizational and financial skills to DM Medical Billings and is responsible today for the day to day flow of billing procedures. Cindy has streamlined the billing process to ensure optimal performance. She works closely with the IT department to enhance office and billing procedures, and maintain software optimization.

Chuck McSweeney, Marketing & Business Development

Chuck joined DMMB in 2006 to assist in benchmarking of our services to our clients and to expand the services that are offered by DMMB. Chuck has an extensive background in regulatory compliance and can assist each client to make sure that their documentation, policies and procedures are of the highest standards.
Chuck is an active flight paramedic for a flight service in New Jersey and is also the President of EMS Consulting Services, a sister company of DMMB. He has been active in EMS for 20 years.
